Trick or Treat book tag

This book tag was created by The Bookish Porcupine.

1.) Creepy house on the corner of the street: Book with a creepy cover

Good ole Lee Mountford. This is one of his creepiest covers. And probably one of the creepiest covers out of the horrors I’ve read. It isn’t the best book he’s done but this one is still up there as a great creepy book.

2.) Lights out (party poopers): A book you want to read when you want to escape

I like to reread a few different books but the most obvious is a series I talk about alot….

3.) The house that gives out the cheap candy: Guilty pleasure book

I just love reading trashy romance books. The more broody the better. One has a horrible past even better haha. I just love them. So I’m going to throw one up I don’t think I’ve really talked about but deserves some love.

4.) The house with the best decorations on the block: Best haunting/Halloween themed cover

This is gotta be one of my favourite covers. It’s one of the reasons I even picked this up in the first place. And it’s a good book which thank god because it’s so pretty.

5.) The house that gives out the best candy: #1 Halloween recommendation

For this the one it has to be a Lee Mountford book for me as he’s one of the few horror writers I actually enjoy. This one is pretty gory and even shows the killer’s point of view. If you have ever wanted to read this book I recommend you do. It’s perfect for Halloween.

Speed round

Corn Maze or Haunted House?

Corn fields creep me out. But in this case a haunted house would be better.

Classic or Unique Costume?

I don’t mind a classic but I’m going to go with something unique. It’s cool to see what everyone makes.

Sexy or Scary Costume?

Scary all the way. The scarier the better. Why even bother doing Halloween if you’re not going to be scary?

Comedy or Horror Halloween Film?

I love horror movies. So horror all the way. I wanna sit and marathon paranormal horrors or good ole fashioned classics.

Chocolate or Sour Candy?

Chocolate. All the chocolate 🍫

Thank you for reading 😊 if you have any recommendations for some spooky reads please leave them below.
